30 days from delivery

Unworn items bought on this site can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start below — you’ll get a prepaid label and a packing slip right away You’ll need your order number and the ZIP code it shipped to. Already started one? Use the Return Status link in your return confirmation email to reprint your label, track it, or cancel and start over.

Two dates, and they’re different. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. But if you take the Instant Refund, you have 7 days to get the package to the carrier — that’s the earlier date shown in your return confirmation. Reshop emails you before it runs out and you can extend it once. Miss it anyway and the refund reverses. Store credit and standard refunds run on the 30-day window only.

We don’t offer exchanges. To get a different size or color, return what you have and place a new order — that way the size you want is held for you as soon as you order it, rather than waiting on your return to arrive.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on any option.

What Happens After You Ship

Typical timing for returns from this site. We’ll email you at each step, so you never have to guess where things stand.

1. Right awayYou start your returnChoose your refund option and print your prepaid label and packing slip. Put the packing slip in the box — returns without one take noticeably longer to match to your order.
2. Within 28 daysYou drop it offUse the carrier printed on your label — a different one can’t be tracked against your return. Your request stays open for 28 days; after that it expires and the label stops working with it. If yours has expired, start a new return from your Return Status page for a fresh label. No need to contact us.
3. On arrivalWe receive and inspect itYou’ll get a “we’ve received your return” email. Everything before that email is carrier transit, not us processing — if your tracking hasn’t moved, the package is still on its way.
4. About 5 days after you shipYour refund is issuedCounting from the day your package starts moving with the carrier, most refunds are issued within about five days — transit and inspection included. Holiday and peak periods run longer. If you took the Instant Refund, you already have your money and this step just settles it.
5. Then 3–5 business daysIt reaches your accountCard refunds take a few more business days to post — that part is your bank’s timing, not ours. Store credit arrives by email the same day it’s issued.

End to end, most returns take about ten days from the day you start one to the day the refund is issued. Carrier delays and a missing packing slip are what stretch it.

Start your return in the portal before you ship anything back, and put the packing slip in the box — a package that arrives without one takes much longer to match to your order. Anything sent back that doesn’t meet the conditions above may be declined.
